GRILLED SALMON

Grilled salmon is a delicious recipe even for beginners. Simply brush the fish with the marinade and off to the grill.

Ingredients 

# 1 bunch of dill

# 4 tbsp olive oil

# 1 pinch pepper (freshly ground)

# 4 pieces of salmon steak (with skin)

# 2 limes (or lemons)

# 1 pinch of sea salt

  1. First, the dill is washed under cold running water and shaken dry. Then finely chop the twigs.
  2. Mix the dill, pepper, salt, and oil in a bowl. The marinade can be seasoned a little spicier. Just before the salmon goes on the grill, it is coated on both sides with the marinade.
  3. Then place the fish on the grill and cook for at least 5 minutes on each side. You can tell if the fish is done by the lighter color of the meat.
  4. Serve the grilled salmon with lemon or lime wedges.

A fresh cucumber salad with yogurt dressing goes well with it.
